The release of Adobe’s Lightroom 4 reinvigorates the conversation regarding which photo editing/photo management software to use:  Aperture 3 vs. Lightroom 4.  I’m a Mac user and have been since before they came out with the tangerine colored desktops, so I tend to be pretty loyal to Mac products.

However, the presets and in depth tutorials found at slr lounge are causing my pretty little head to turn the other way.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be having a software testing festival, working out whether Aperture 3 or Lightroom 4 gives me the greatest post-processing facility and organization.  What do you think? Do you have experience with both systems?  Do the plethora of Lightroom 4 presets pull you into the Adobe camp?

I’ll offer feedback as I dig into the two, but I’d love to hear what your experiences are between the two.  Anyone else LOVE slrlounge?  I’m finding it to be an incredible resource with highly in depth tutorials.

Learning and sharing with you…
